“The Predator” Feels Good In His Preparation For Fight Against The “Gypsy King”

The former heavyweight champion recently stated in a press conference that he feels confident in his preparation for the fight against Tyson Fury. This time he’s not here to just sit back and watch but he’s here for some serious action.

How much work has Ngannou been putting in that he’s confident enough to make such a statement publicly? Is Ngannou being overconfident or is he ready to bring some action into the Octagon? Continue reading to find out!

On October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Ngannou, a former UFC heavyweight champion, will make his professional boxing debut against Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion and one of the sport’s top fighters right now.

Ngannou feels happy about training with renowned boxer Mike Tyson even though he has a steep mountain to climb.

Ngannou mentioned at a pre-fight press conference on Thursday that he had learned a lot from Tyson. He stated that he had known Mike Tyson for quite some time and had met him a few times. Ngannou was initially a bit perplexed because he realized that Tyson wasn’t merely present to observe the fight. Instead, Tyson was there to support him and provide instructions. Ngannou expressed his amazement at the situation, acknowledging that it was indeed Mike Tyson, and he was not mistaken about it. He emphasized the significance of Tyson’s presence in the context of his fight.

Ngannou is conscious of the restrictions. Despite not having been a lifetime boxer, he believes he is in the best possible position to pull off one of the greatest upsets in boxing history.

Ngannou commented that it was clear that no one could replicate Mike Tyson’s style perfectly within a couple of months. He mentioned that he wasn’t attempting to mimic Tyson’s style entirely, but he was still gaining valuable insights from him. Ngannou acknowledged that Tyson’s skill set extended beyond just his knockout power; he excelled in footwork and boxing techniques as well.

Will the fans be prepared for this version of Ngannou? What will be the result of one of the most highly anticipated fights of Francis Ngannou? Will Francis show some real action or is he all talk? Don’t forget to comment down your thoughts about this in the comment section!
