Tito Ortiz’s Halloween Costume

Tito Ortiz did the greatest Tito Ortiz thing with his Halloween costume this year. This Halloween costume is the best one yet. What’s the reason behind all the hype about his costume? What made it the greatest “Tito Ortiz” thing ever? Continue reading to find out!

In addition to being inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame and a former light heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz recently made the list of 30 of the greatest UFC fighters of all time on MMA Junkie, a distinction that undoubtedly surpasses all others on the list.

Outside of MMA, he has competed as a boxer, grappler, and pro wrestler. He is a natural actor; “Zombie Strippers,” anyone? His 2008 autobiography “This Is Gonna Hurt,” which begins with a story about his sniffing glue as a 9-year-old and dreaming of being famous and seeing his name on lights, shows what a superb writer he is.

He dabbled in politics as a council member in Huntington Beach, California, and eventually as mayor pro tempore. However, he resigned in less than six months, presumably due to allegations that he had falsely applied for unemployment benefits following the COVID-19 pandemic while receiving compensation for his council seat.

Maybe costume design is in store for him now that he’s moved past obnoxious politics. While his wife, former UFC octagon girl Amber Nichole Miller, dressed up for Halloween as Mia Wallace from “Pulp Fiction,” it seems Ortiz missed the chance to dress up as Vincent Vega, played by John Travolta, which could have led to the possibility of seeing him perform The Twist in a dance competition. (In actuality, perhaps it’s best not to have a Tito Twist.)

Rather, Ortiz chose a new path with his creativity. In a photo that he shared on Instagram stories, Ortiz was seen having fun in Cape Coral, Florida, while dressed like… Tito Ortiz.

He even had a UFC title belt, for crying out loud. He resembled a classic Tito Ortiz, sans the flag pole slung over his shoulder, thanks to the incredibly realistic costume.

We may throw him a stale popcorn ball at The Blue Corner, but we’re not convinced his outfit is deserving of store-bought goodies like Reese’s cups or left-side Twix (never right-side Twix, ever). or a container of raisins. Antonio Vega? For that sh*t, we would have gone full-size Snickers or Reese’s. Tito wasted an opportunity.

On Tuesday, he will get another opportunity at redemption. Tito’s Cantina Tequila Bar & Grille is Cape Coral’s newest and hippest restaurant. Tacos, tequilas, tapas, Tito, and angel wings hanging on the restroom wall should you decide to recreate an old Affliction shirt while you’re there—this establishment has it all. Tito’s has promoted a Halloween costume contest. The eatery, which currently has a 3.7 out of 5 Yelp rating, will provide dinner for four to the winner.

Do you think Ortiz will win the whole thing after showing up dressed as Tito Ortiz again? Do let us know if you feel this is gonna happen again in the comment section!
