Despite this, Bisping suggested that Aspinall’s skills were on another level and implied that he could handle Jones similarly to how he dealt with Tybura. Bisping’s confidence in Aspinall’s abilities appeared unwavering as he expressed doubt that anyone could halt Aspinall’s progress in the octagon.
Given that former UFC light heavyweight title and current heavyweight champ Jones has been invincible in the octagon (apart from a dubious disqualification), it’s a significant statement from the United Kingdom’s first UFC champion.
