The highly anticipated co-main event for UFC 289 has been announced! On June 10, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Beneil Dariush (22-4-1) will be facing off against former champion Charles Oliveira (33-9, 1 NC) in a high stakes lightweight contender clash.
Originally scheduled for May 6, 2023, at UFC 288, the fight had to be postponed due to an injury sustained by Oliveira. However, the fight has now been officially rebooked for UFC 289, much to the delight of Dariush.
